We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Cloud Specialist  to  join our technical team supporting the technical/customer experience.   

Our ideal candidate is a professional who has the drive to provide a high quality of technical service, passion for technology and a strong ability to communicate with our clients. They will have at least 3 years’ experience working with Office 365 / Microsoft 365, with a particular focus on Enterprise Mobility and Security. They must have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security, Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

· Providing remote technical support to clients in a mixture of environments/verticals. 

· Focus on Cloud and Cloud Security including pure Cloud M365, hybrid Cloud, and Azure

· Project implementation including on prem to cloud migration and cloud to cloud migration.  

· Deployment of EMS, MDM and MAM across desktops, laptops and mobile devices.  

· Implementation of Microsoft security including Conditional Access and Identity Management. 

· Implementation and client support for SharePoint, Teams, MS apps.  

· Voice integration with Microsoft Teams

· Documenting all work completed on ticket logging system

Skills & Experience Required: 

·       Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.  

·       Experience in Microsoft 365 Hybrid Environments

·       Experience with the range of Microsoft 365 security features   

·       Experience with Microsoft Azure and EMS.  

·       Experience in SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.  

·       Experience with Server 2012, 2016, 2019.  

·       Excellent written and spoken English language.  

·       Good documentation skills.
